3-series Aluminum Bars:

Grade: 3003

Characteristics: It can be strengthened by heat treatment. It has medium plasticity in the annealed, freshly quenched, and hot states. It has good spot - welding weldability. There is a tendency to form intergranular cracks when gas welding and argon arc welding are used.

Application Scope: Aircraft structures (skins, frameworks, rib beams, bulkheads, etc.), aircraft, ships, transportation, rivets, missile components, truck wheel hubs, propeller elements, etc.

5-series Aluminum Bars:

Grades: 5052, 5754, 5083, 5056, etc.

Characteristics: It has good formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and medium strength.
